Eun Sun Kim makes her debut at Berwaldhallen with the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, alongside the Polish pianist Piotr Anderszewski, performing Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor.
The concert begins with the overture to Austrian composer Maria Theresia von Paradis' comic opera Der Schulkandidat (The School Candidate). Following this is Erich Wolfgang Korngold's Symphony in F sharp major, where glimpses of his own film music create a dramatic reflection on the horrors of World War II, concludes the concert.
